Looking for office space for one person to lease, sublet or share in Downtown SB. I am a self-employed consultant doing technical writing and research, so I am looking for a small, quiet space, preferably with windows. I have worked and owned a home in Santa Barbara for 10 years, and can provide references from people I have rented office space from in SB in the past.
