Early hours are flexible (good for an early bird or someone with a flexible schedule) Only hours that wouldn’t be able to work are Sunday 8-6 & Wednesday 8-6. Can use convection oven, stove, sink early or late in the day & prep space any days other than Sunday & Wednesday.
